They all had aspirations of one form or another. They had dreams, desires and objectives for their lives.

Some were determined they were going to be rich, some were going to be famous, some were going to own property and assets.

Autumn rolls into Winter rolls into Spring rolls into Summer. They come back each year, but eventually, for each of us, one year they will not.

So many strive for money, for assets, for power, for fame or a long list of friends or social media contacts. We will not be judged by how many people like us. These are all driven by the self, the ego, and in the end will count for nothing. When the time...    

Every relationship I was ever in I gave everything of me with no expectation back, unconditional love. I gave because it made others happy, I empathised with them, I helped them, and it made me feel good to make them feel good. When my daughter was little, for three years she suffered from asthma and would often start coughing in the night, coughing so bad at times it sounded like a grown man’s cough. Her mother and I would alternate nights to get up and check she was ok.

Lianas room was down the corridor and we always left her door half open so we could hear her clearly. One night when it was my turn and I heard her coughing....    

One evening around dusk I had an unexpected visitor. My bedroom had a door connecting straight onto the veranda and I’d often leave it open with just the screen locked to keep the insects out. A strange snow white cat with distinct markings was standing there. It was white, but had a dark patch around one eye, dark ears and a tail that alternated with black and white stripes. The kindness and giving generosity of ordinary people in the current Coronavirus crisis has put some of my faith back in humanity. People are going out of their way to look after those that cannot get to the supermarkets and shops. People are knocking on the doors of neighbours they haven't spoken to before to check they are ok. We are finding just strangers on the street are starting up conversations...    

On eBay if I look at an item I also tend to look at what other items the seller has for sale. After scrolling down their other items, it often becomes apparent they are disposing of an estate, someones entire set of belongings. We might like to think someone has just had a clear-out, but often you can see they are once treasured possessions: best cutlery, souvenirs from places visited, same sized shoes,...    

At night I would have the same recurring dream, over and over. Long after going to bed, I would wake up and become aware of floating in the darkness up above the roof of our house, feeling lighter than a feather, looking back down at the roof below. It was surreal, as if I was only partially aware of what was going on around me and in some wild LSD induced hallucinogenic dream that I had no control...    

The day was racing past in a slow hazy out of focus blur. The rest of the world around me seemed to go into slow motion, as if it was a giant 3D video inching past a frame at a time. Nothing else mattered to me at that point in time and space. Nothing. I had my apple box with me and was about to board.

I boarded the plane. We taxied for miles across the airport out to the third runway and soared...    

It was still only 5AM and the seagulls calling to each other in the first light of the morning reminded me to look outside to see what kind of day it was shaping up to be. It was bright and clear blue already, the perfect one I decided for meeting my darling at last and also a brilliant day for the beach. My heart caught in my throat, as I realized I had not even touched his face with my own bare fingers,...

I had the old movies channel on in the background the other day, as I often do when working, and happened to look up and saw this clip from a movie. Something seemed wrong with it, something was missing, and as I watched it suddenly dawned on me what it was... the complete lack of road signs, of...

About twenty years ago, after I was single and between marriages, I was enthralled by two white doves spiralling up outside my little window in the lounge room and I felt that I could hear angels singing at the same time. I say that I felt, because it was almost like being amidst a clairvoyant and clairaudient vision. I was actually part of the vision and not outside looking at it from another space...    

You look at me and I am spellbound inside the mystery - inside my favourite place again, where my heart quickens to the rhythm of the primal dance. Each time is like the first time, as waves of euphoria on an ocean of sighs fuse into the sultry tango of each other’s eyes.

Day 5 - Wednesday, 15th April 2009

When we first connected as twin flames, Claire was living On the Gold Coast and I was living in Sydney, in different states, and around a 1,000 kilometres apart.

On only the fifth night I dreamt I had moved to Queensland to live with Claire and in the dream we were looking at a house together. It was a big old wooden Queenslander, on low stilts and surrounded...    

In that final week before Claire and I met face to face for the first time, I had a dream.

Claire and I were sitting on a train, unlike any train I had ever seen before. It had lime green hard seats and a cream coloured plain inner décor. The outside of it was dark blue metallic, with a light blue stripe, black windows and was of a futuristic design.

We were speeding along across the fresh open...    

I have always believed in miracles and in the handiwork of someone else far greater than I in granting them, yet I never knew until I called one up for my son Rick, that there was another element besides believing in it being granted that had to happen also.

Masao Sato was living in Ofunato on Japans east coast the day the tsunami hit. He was one of the lucky ones who were quick enough to get to high ground in time to survive. I have come up with my own model of how one aspect of life works. Life is like walking down a corridor. Along both sides of the corridor, stretching out to infinity are doors, an endless number of doors.

The floor is like a conveyor belt, constantly moving you forward along the corridor. We call it Time.

This is one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. At first, we found it hard to believe, but only after experiencing it a number of times did we come to accept it, whatever it may be. It is definitely not our imagination.

I look at the news and see wars, with humans killing other humans. The clamour for power, for control, and the lengths some people, governments, corporations will go to just sickening.

I see people so greedy they will lie, cheat and steal money off others for their own benefit, with no concern for their victims. Banks and corporations so rich with profits, but only with a hunger for more.

We get asked about this so often, and it is a delicate one to answer. Notice the 'he', that's because it's usually females asking this question, not always, we have had males ask as well, but by far the vast majority are female.

The simple answer is we don't know why, and we certainly don't want to cast any form of simplistic judgement and say whether he is, or isn't.

Some people like to believe we are only here by chance. We get one life and when we die, we are gone. Thats it. You know the old saying... 'You only live once'. Or so they think. Others believe that when we die, we merely discard our physical body, move to another realm and later return in a new body to live another life, eventually returning many times over and having many lives. Once upon a time, not too long ago, in a previous life, I was married into a family where every Christmas (in my own home) one of the most prized traditions was hanging special baubles on the family Christmas tree, with family members names written on them. Not everyone`s names, just certain members. It just didn`t sit right with me and kept bugging me why it was only certain names and not all. When...    

We come here. We learn what others think is right and wrong/ good and bad. When we are babies, we are rewarded when we let out a great big burp, or produce a massive f*rt in our nappies and then when we are toddlers, we are scorned for doing the same old thing. Life is so confusing for a budding Einstein…

Many years ago I used to play computer games. Usually you would have to navigate an endless series of hazards to complete a level and there would be many levels, each having a whole new set of dangers. The utterly compelling motive would always simply be to get to the end of the last level.

So do animals have souls? A lot of people seems to think they do, but then the way I see a lot of people treat animals, clearly many don’t (in fact, they’re probably also the same people who have closed minds when it comes to people having souls).

What got us thinking about this, were some curious events that we started to notice. Since Claire and I began living together, we’d notice that whenever...

Another airport and Claire and I have had to say goodbye and be parted yet again. I board and sit on the plane. As I sit there, I feel like my entire insides are being ripped out of me. They actually feel as though they are being physically pulled back towards the terminal. No, its for real, and I’ve never experienced anything like it before. The first day we met was full of spin-outs, for we were already deeply and truly in love, before even casting eyes upon each other for the very first time. The utter realization that our two souls were mysteriously joined, unfolded in a series of synchronous events, which both captivated and enthralled us throughout the day and still does, as our time together grows.
