Yesterday I was sitting on the couch having a lunch break from work when something caught my attention. The couch is black, and has a high back and high arms. To my right in my peripheral vision I saw something moving. I looked and there was a sphere of golden mist moving slowly along from the front towards the back, in between me and the arm. It was kind of darker in the middle but was definitely a mist, spherical, gold and about 2 inches in diameter. You could call it a Golden Orb. I watched it move along in between me and the arm which made it clearly visible against the black background. It slowly floated along and then disappeared through the back of the couch, it only lasted a few seconds, but it was very real. The attached picture is the closest I could find. I have no idea what is was or why it was there.
